From the hospitality and comfort of checking in (sitting on the balcony drinking a complementary wine) to the fantastic breakfast...and all the special touches in between (shuttle service, internet)...the best hotel I have ever stayed at.

The room was superb. - I had high expectations for this hotel, but we were still blown away by the conscientiousness of the staff, attention to detail in the rooms, and overall sense of precision. This is a lovely and very special place, and the breakfast doesn't disappoint! Even as a vegan, I found myself with more delicious options than can be properly sampled in a single meal. And a great view of Etna, too!

We adored this hotel. It's beautifully decorated with antiques etc.
The location is perfect for the old part of Taormina and they run bus
transfers to a couple of beaches for €8 and €10. If you arrive by bus
and are unfamiliar with Taormina we recommend getting a cab to the hotel

Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff - a very pretty, small and intimate hotel. It had a very nice terrace area for relaxing in the heat of the afternoon and our room had its own private terrace too. Breakfast was extremely good, with lots of choice and some local specialities which we liked very much. Quiet, but convenient for the centre of Taormina.

The location was fantastic top view in Taormina while eating evening meal over looking Isola Bella. Smartest hotel in that location. If you can afford it book a superior room with a sea view we had a sun terrace to die for. The room wasn't large but the terrace made up for it. Very nice hotel with good location: city center 5 min walk; 3 min walk to the cable way or you can go to the beach by walk as well (15 min) experiencing beautiful views of Isola Bella. The stuff was extra friendly, hospitable and informative. Nice, clean room with a balcony with a bit view at the sea, very very tasty breakfast. Free parking nearby. We hope to go back to beautiful Taormina one day and we will definitely chose Natalina again and also recommend it to everybody!
