  staff friendliness - We were assigned a room with a nice shared balcony and a stunning sea view. The ladies at the reception desk were very nice and helpful.

  Η εξαιρετική θέα και το πολυ φιλικό προσωπικό - If there were scores greater than 10, this hotel deserves it. From the hospitality and comfort of checking in (sitting on the balcony drinking a complementary wine) to the fantastic breakfast...and all the special touches in between (shuttle service, internet)...the best hotel I have ever stayed at.... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ..The hotel staff was by far the best ever experienced... a level above. The room was superb. - I had high expectations for this hotel, but we were still blown away by the conscientiousness of the staff, attention to detail in the rooms, and overall sense of precision. This is a lovely and very special place, and the breakfast doesn't disappoint! Even as a vegan, I found myself with more delicious options than can be properly sampled in a single meal. And a great view of Etna, too!
