There was nothing that I did not like. Upon arrival, Maria Laura Sardella was very efficient in completing check-in and was most helpfull with information, direction, and maps of the area. The view is just amazing and its position in Sorrento great. The breakfasts were the best of all our 3 weeks in Italy and the staff very helpful. - Excellent view of the bay of Naples from our balcony. Our room was bright clean and had a large balcony and the staff were very friendly.

Nice style, very nice position. The staff are always been kind and the service is nice. - The hotel is really new and opened since few days. Is visible that organization must be improved. Anyway the hotel is really in the center of Sorrento.

It was centraly located but close to the sea with amazing views. The staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel and our bedroom were spotless. Our room was lovely with the sea view balcony. And it was not just any sea view, it was the fantastic blue Mediterranean with Vesuvius. One could have gazed it 24/7! The staff was incredibly friendly everywhere: reception, restaurant, bar, the cleaning ladies. Always with a big smile and a friendly comment. The hotel itself is lovely with its feeling of the old days but updated for today. Its location could not have been better with a view to dream of and a short way to everywhere in Sorrent

Location, The room, the view from the balcony, the services, facilities- all were perfect . The hotel is very elegant and breakfast was extraordinary. The staff was amazing - Very helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast. Quiet location but only 5 mins walk from centre of town. Roof top pool/terrace - stunning views.

The hotel was most comfortable and the staff conscientious and helpful. The facilities included a "beach", which is not necessary that common among the luxury hotels in Sorrento, a large pool, several rooms for dining and other, most attractive public rooms. The hotel while not ostentatiously luxurious has a lot of style that is appropriate for it

We had four days in Sorrento and was very happy with our choice in Hotel Regina. My advice would be to choose a room with a full view as the view of the water and Mt. Vesuvius was a delight. The view from the breakfast room is also truly gorgeous, making eating twice as good. There is no restaurant available for other meals but not an issue for us as plenty of little restaurants in Sorrento to choose from. We would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat.
