We really loved the Hotel Livingston's neighborhood. Walking was a delight, there is a terrific gourmet Locanda nearby. Our room was large with two sets of French doors looking onto the street and to the sea and swimming rock! The bathroom was luxurious - loved the towel bathrobe and slippers. Breakfast was good with an extensive buffet.

What a great hotel! The sea view from our room was spectacular! Hotel is really in the heart of it all. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some have commented on the lack of parking but the reality of the tiny island of Ortygia is that driving the narrow streets *barely* wide enough for 1 car is a challenge. If you must drive (we did!) there is cheap

Fantastic location, spacious room and a view from the 3rd floor up. Breakfast is an experience on its own with wide variety and high quality, served on the terrace restaurant with a breathtaking view. Free parking just outside. Flawless.

This hotel was perfectly located for touring around Ortigia! About a 20 min walk from the train and bus stations in Syracuse. The place is beautifully remodeled, and the staff was welcoming and helpful in every way possible. Breakfast was amazing, too! The warmed ricotta with garlic was amazing! There was so much choice... including homemade pastry from the owner's nonna. Delicious! I would definitely come back here.

We had the most incredible time here. The location is great - close
enough to the nearby beaches and towns to do day (and night) trips. The
pool and surrounding area with orange trees, lounges and day beds is so
peaceful and relaxing that we didn't want to leave. On top of this
the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. A special mention must also
go to the owner who really went out of her way to make our stay
something to remember. We are already planning our next visit!!

Location was fabulous in the center of Ortigia, the old town. Shops, sites and attractions were all very close by. Siracusa was such a lovely place and this was a great place to stay. I'm quite glad I chose to be in the historic center, rather than on the mainland. The apartment was very well equipped and included everything needed to be comfortab

Denise was tremendously welcoming and full of really good suggestions for eating, snacking, things to do etc. The apartment for three was spacious and very clean with a very central location. Swimming platforms just round the corner also very welcome.
