You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

Go for walks along the sweeping hook of nearby La Cinta Beach, with its juniper trees and shallow blue waters. Then pop back to your cottage on this Sardinian holiday complex for a well-earned barbecue on the lawn. The units at La Cinta are built in a traditional style, with stone facings and rendered exterior walls in warm ochre tones. Each house has a covered patio with a picnic table and chairs. Inside you will find simple modern décor with tiled floors and whitewashed walls. The living area includes a kitchenette, dining table and sofa bed, while the bathroom is complete with a shower and washing machine. There is a double bedroom and a twin, each with either wrought-iron or wooden furnishings. Wardrobes are provided, and the houses also have central heating for chillier evenings. San Teodoro has many other beaches, some of them set in unspoilt coves. You can sample local cuisine at one of the town’s restaurants, and Olbia, with its ferry port and airport, is just a 30-minute drive away.
