Rovezzano is set in a beautiful park like location it has a lovely
outdoor pool for guests to use and secure parking within the grounds.
The decor and furniture within the house looked like something from a
stately home so it wasn t like a b and b . The room we had was

This is a delightful property. It s an old water mill that has been lovingly and tastefully restored and is now a superb boutique hotel on the banks of the river very close to Florence. This is most definitely the best hotel experience I have ever had. The
hotel itself was the most beautiful I have ever stayed in (the location
and vistas, the gorgeous building and the decoration) but it was also
the best staffed. Hotel staff can be friendly or they can be enjoyable
- the people working at hotel mulino seem to be happy and enjoy their
work and enjoy making guests stay's pleasant. That was so apparent

The hotel is a delight and our garden room was more than we had
expected. The hotel staff were simply magnificent and were always
looking to help us with, for example, directions for days out of

We arrived by car so we were looking for somthing close to the city, butnot in it. The hotel was very convenient to the highway, but stillquiet, and did not charge for parking. We were there for a long weekend, racing at the Mugello circuit. The hotel is extremely well situated, a bus station just nearby the hotel to go to Florence and the scenery is splendid. A lovely warm welcome. Friendly and very helpful hostess. A gorgeous house and pleasant room. Regular buses down into Florence and up to Fiesole at the top of the hill. You can look down on the dome of Florence Cathedral in the distance while eating breakfast. Nice to be able to escape the bustle of the city in the evening.... -

The Bencista is a fabulous old villa up in the hills of Fiesole with
breathtaking views of Florence. It is a wonderful, quiet retreat from
long days of sight-seeing. It is a short walk to the bus stop to catch
the #7 bus into town (20 min) or a €25 cab ride (recommended for
luggage). We had good wi-fi in our room as well as around the building.

It is so quiet at night and cooler than Florence. Dinner on the terrazza overlooking Florence. The antique everything. What better than a stay in a Medici Villa for a visit to Florence! You can buy bus tickets right there and hike up to the road to catch a bus. Nice 20 min walk to Fiesole, or you can take the bus. Coffee on the Terrazza next to the Aurora Hotel in Fiesole is great too. There is no A/C but the large ceiling fan was sufficient. No TV, but who has time to watch tv with all the stu

Excellent hotel with good facilities for relaxing. Location was perfect, 5-10 mins by car from tourist centre. Swimming pool was excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. - The nice entrace and garden.The coordial wellcome of the girls in the reception ( not in the Bar)
