We were looking for a quite, clean, 1-bedroom appartment, not far from centre to spend there some nights (cause were walking during days) and light breakfasts. So we have found all of that in this appartment. Plus friendly staff (family), sea view and a parking place (that is important in Italy!). -

Perfect hotel for being close to the buses, trains and ferries to the Amalphi coast and Pompei. The hotel is right across the road from the station which was a tremendous bonus when carrying heavy luggage. We had a train trip when we left to Rome and it was easy for us. But be aware sometimes the trains are cancelled so try and get up to date in

This was an overnight stop between trains. For us the hotel is perfectly located across the piazza from the strain station and at the start of the long pedestrian street which leads to the old town with many delightful little bars and restaurants. We had a very quiet, clean and comfortable room with mini fridge at the back of the hotel to avoid noise from the busy station area. Breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast plus fresh fruit and yoghurt so sufficient for most tastes. Espresso coff

Very nice staff, comfortable room, nice breakfast. Everyone was very warm, friendly and helpful who worked there. It is across the road from the sea, so you can take long walks, eat and drink near the ocean, and swim or lay out in the sun. It is a longish walk into Salerno centre, but the view of the city lights at night is gorgeous.

Very modern tasteful decor, huge bathroom and comfortable bed. Owners greeted us with tea and cakes on arrival. Lovely breakfast room and rooftop terrace. Breakfast is very nice. Lucia was very welcoming. A real professional with a great personality. Met us and guided us to the B&B. Recommended one of the best restaurants for an excellent dinner. We only stayed at Il Vicolo Della Neve B&B one night, but I wish we could have stayed longer! The location in Salerno was just perfect- in the heart of the historic district and right across the street from a fantastic restaurant serving traditional southern Italian cuisine. The hotel is well located away from city hustle with nice water views. It is modern, well equipped and has comfortable rooms and everything works.
The breakfasts were good and plentiful and the restaurant served a good menu for dinner.
Didn't use the pool or fitness centre but they looked good and were being well used.
While we prefer B&B styl

The room was big and comfortable. Every afternoon when we returned our mess had been nicely put in order and the room was shining clean. The breakfast had everything we wanted and could be enjoyed on the roof terrace. Davide who takes care of the breakfast is very friendly and helpful. Really good staff at Montestella. The location is straight in the city centre. Railway station, day trip boats etc. are all nearby.
