When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of
major events on foot. Piazza Navona, Campo Dei Fiori is just 5 min walk.
Even Vatican is only 15 min away. Thats a great advantage especially if

Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

Hotelli oli iloinen yllätys :) Sijainti hyvä, kävely matkan päässä lähes kaikista nähtävyyksistä, kertaakaan ei tarvinnut julkista liikennettä käyttää.
30 asteen helteen jälkeen oli ihana tulla ilmastoituun huoneeseen.

The room was very nicely decorated and looked like it was recently refurbished with a fine working aircondition, which was a life-saver in Rome's 38 degrees August heat! Bathroom excellent. Room cleaned every day. Espresso machine, free of use, in the common kitchen. Possible to cook breakfast or lunch on gas stove. Balcony with view over the Vatican roofs and towers. We come early in the morning to St. John's Terrace. There was a early and familary welcome from Giorgio, the manager. He offered us breakfast on the sweet terrasse and gave us useful tips for sightseeing and show us everything important in a little map which was for us. The room was like in the pictures. My fd and I both appreciate the location of apartment. There are close to most attractions in central Rome. And it is also convenient for shopping. Not only can shop the luxury or local gifts, but there are street and a small market selling vantage gadgets nearby. apartment with comfortable beds in a very attractive building. The
apartment is on a very busy, noisy road. This did not detract from our
stay, the double glazing was effective in keeping this noise down and we
liked watching the crazy traffic and feeling part of the city.

We were recommended by a colleague at work that the "Be First B&B" was the ideal place to book for a citytrip to Rome, and I will certainly recommend it to all our friends when they plan visiting Rome. The hotel is situated close to the Termini station, so there is no need to take a taxi.
