When we arrived, we had the pleasant surprise to get an upgrade from a normal room to a studio (with kitchenette). The room is very comfortable and spacious enough.. The lady welcoming us was wonderful catered for all our needs which was sadly only one overnight stay .We had our son with us who unfortunately had broken his leg 5 days beofre and in cast on crutchesno lift was a challenge but we coped and enjoyed the stay in our neat room .Supplied coffee facilities and personal key to get back in for Ah energency .Would recommend the view to coloseumwas awesome other sites wallking distance and we were given good tips for transport and resturants BelFredDrew

We stayed in the Annex, which is around the corner from the main hotel and reception. Both buildings are in the old city centre, a block or two away from Trevi fountain and many restaurants and curio shops. great location.

We really loved staying in this hotel. The room was a good size and very

I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The
hotel went to great lengths to make my parents stay a special one. I was
so delighted when I heard of the welcome they received. Thank you so

Location, location, location - within walking distance of the majority of the tourist attractions including the Vatican - Location is fantastic and the terraces in the penthouse suite are worth the extra money. Daily cleaning service very efficient.

The room was big and cleaned daily and also had air con/heater that we could control ourselves. The location was perfect - 5 minutes walk to the Colloseum. Trendy area with nice boutiques and restaurants. Close to the metro too.

Its location is in the heart of Rome which allows you to access most of

Brilliant location, could walk to bascillica in 10 mins, the Coleseum in 15 mins. Lots of nice restaurants within a few minutes walk. Piazza Navona is also very near.
We didn't need to get a taxi during our stay, only back to the bus station on the day we were leaving.
It's all about location, location, location!!!!! Right in the centre of Rome you couldn't get much better. Fabiana is also a great help. Stay here definitely.

This was our first trip to Rome and thanks to Vincenzo (the owner of this resort) it will not be our last. The room was very nicely decorated and looked like it was recently refurbished with a fine working aircondition, which was a life-saver in Rome's 38 degrees August heat! Bathroom excellent. Room cleaned every day. Espresso machine, free of use, in the common kitchen. Possible to cook breakfast or lunch on gas stove. Balcony with view over the Vatican roofs and towers. Owner, Vincenzo was really friendly and helpful. Cheap room for Rome. On the 8th floor, but there's a lift. Would stay here agai
