The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

Perfect location in Rome . Walking distance from all major sights. Staff spoke all languages and was well trained and super friendly . Rooms and beds were amazingly clean and comfortable. We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and
helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation
at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

The staff was amazing, extremely helpful, always smiling and attentive. The location was not bad, although restaurants around were not that great but it was a nice walk to piazza spagna and the shopping area which was very convenient. -
