The hotel is located in Chinatown, near the railway / train station Termini.
The hotel occupies the first two floors in an apartment building.
The reception and dining room are on the 2nd floor, and we lived on the first floor. There is a lift.
Furniture and bathroom in the room is in good condition.

The room was large and very clean. We had a balcony which was great
especially after a long day of walking in Rome. The staff was very nice
and friendly. It is a family business and they make sure you are taken
care of. The breakfast was good, enough to hold you till lunch. Around
the corner was 2 very good restaurants. At first the neighborhood looked
run down but I felt safer there then many of the tourist areas in Rome.
I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was nothing negative

κοντα στα μεσα μεταφορας - Fancy hotel, located in one of the best neighbourhood of Rome, close to the Metro (30 m), bus stop in front of the hotel which makes the city centre easy accesible (10-15 min, depending on the traffic), nice staff, nice restaurant at the top floor with a beautiful view. Good value for money, I would definetely stay there

This time we had a better room because our bathroom was bigger and had a bath not only shower. We also like the hotel location-near to the center yet not in the center. Have the underground across the road make is perfect for us. we will definitely be back.

The location is very central, 2 minutes to Lepanto metro station/bus tops, 10 - 30 minutes walking to most major sites of Rome (which is great considering the horrible public transportation network in Rome. I held a Roma pass but ended up walking all the time). The neighborhood is clean and safe, with lots of hotels and offices around so you would have no trouble walking late at night. I love the vintage design inside the hotel, and my room (the cheapest type) looks new and much more beautiful

Ειναι διπλα στο Βατικανο κ περιπου ενα εικοσαλεπτο περπατημα απ το πανθεον.Το δωματιο ειναι αρκετα μεγαλο και ειναι πεντακαθαρο!!!Ειναι ασφαλες και σε ασφαλη περιοχη δεν φοβασαι το βραδυ. η σταση του μετρο ειναι κανα δεκαλεπτο(πιο κοντα ειναι απ την ottaviano) Το πρωινο ειναι καλο για τη ρωμη, τοστ με φιλαδελφεια και κρουασαν μαρμελαδα και καφε στ

We arrived after the check in time because of our flight. But Carla was
waiting for us with open arms and a big smile. She showed us how our
keys worked and she then took the time to give us a map of Rome which
was very easy to read and she explain how to get to where. Our maid
Marina made us awesome breakfast every morning. We were getting used to
the time zone difference and so we woke up late, she still made us
breakfast! Overall we felt like we were a part of this family, and

The B&B location is easy to find and only a short walk from Ottoviano metro station (Line A).
Georgio was very polite and helpful with places to visit, walking routes, and restaurants.
Most landmarks are an easy walking distance (within 5-15 mins) and restaurants are on the same street.
The room was a good size, clean, and more than adequate if you are only using your room as somewhere to sleep and freshen up.
I would stay here again.

important, because the street where the hotel B&B is located is
very busy. Breakfast is self-service, and the cornettos where great.
But the best of this place is the location, which is just 3 blocks
from the Vatican Museums, and 5 blocks from Ottaviano Metro Station
and Castel Sant'Angelo. You can walk to Piazza Navona and Pantheon

We liked that the room allows a great amount of natural light to seep through big windows.

Really friendly and helpful staff that were always willing to go the extra mile. We were given lot's of great recommendations for restaurants and places to go upon our arrival. We were also able to use their computer and printer to print out our tickets to the Vatican. Very clean spacious and modern rooms, beds and towels changed daily if required. Also a great location close to the metro just 2 stops from Termini station. Overall a really lovely place with very friendly staff!!!
