Great first floor suite apartment it's come with everything u need. Kitchen is super clean good smell. Real room is look the same in photo posted in website. Great reception especially "Kelvin" he waiting for our late check in and gave us a great pizza restaurant reservation. Design is very chic in an ancient building very comfort and safety in the center of rome. It's real center of everything!!!!

Close proximity to Colosseum (3 blocks). Amazing roof top view of area surrounding Colosseum. Great restaurants around the area that the locals go to. Breakfast served every morning, in the kitchen by Aklesia. -

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and we would recommend it.
Excellent location: just two blocks away from Termini train and metro stations. To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.
Easy to explore other places: The hotel is ideally located if you intend to explore Rome

Perfect location: 5 minutes from Termini train and metro station. Really great room (better than on the pictures posted here), very spacious and clean. Windows looked out the main street where market was located; however, there was no noise at all. Wi-fi in the room was available. Parking garage in 5 min walk.

A wonderful apartment hotel. There is no reception or 24/7 staff, but if you enjoy privacy this is the place for you. A view of the coloseum at such a price is just a miracle. It is conviniently located near two metro stops. The owners are very nice and hospitable. Choose this place if you are on a budget. -

Absolutely everything! It surpassed our expectations. We had a lovely room with a cozy sitting area. The breakfast was such a fantastic assortment of foods. The staff were so friendly and heplful; recommendations on where to eat, etc. It added to our visit to Rome. Would definitely stay there again.

We like Everything!
We've being last year in Rome and stayed around the corner in a similar B&B
This one is an "A Plus" one.
Nice, clean, charm.
Rates are more than reasonable.
Excellent location.
We'll come back. No doubt.
Like in most of other places the rooms are small. But very nice designed and very very clean. Beautifull! -
