My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station.
The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Being an easy walk from the train stations was also a big plus.

Our rooms were clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Coffee and juice
and pastry was served, for a simple breakfast. Neighborhood is very
nice and a short walk to the train station. The hotel is about a block
from Independence Square on a side street with little traffic. The
attached trattoria is excellent. The manager was very helpful, calling

Staff is really friendly, helped to us so much. Even gave map and a lot of times showed on it what we must see and how we can walk. Room is so good for this money, its big and all from natural wood. On floor 4 or 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms, it is so comfortable too. Location is so good: nearly railway station, 20 minutes walk to Coliseum.

Very nice B&B for a young couple like us: quiet and green location, very cozy room (spacy) and hall (tiny). 10 minutes walk from the tram&bus station. Everything was clean and tidy. They went out of their way to be helpful and accommodating. Loved the
room and the fact that there was an accessible laptop for guests and a
phone in our room. We had a glitch with our cell service and did not

It is hard to evaluate this place, as there were a few problems with our
stay. We arrived early and left our bags, but were only able to do that
because the cleaning lady was there. When we returned after a long day,
the manager did not answer knocking on his door. I walked over 4 blocks
to find someone who would help me call him -- he answered the phone call
and my rescuer worked out getting me in. He was very nice, but
didn't speak any English - we didn't speak any Italian, so there
were some
