  The staff were so knowledgeable about how to get around the city in the cheapest way and most practical way. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff speaks English! The beds were impressively comfortable! Everything was clean. The hotel is gated so we felt safe. They answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board). Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients were fresh.

Its restaurant and the quality of their foods and the price is amazing. I suggest that try it. Only note that if you want to check in after 2PM they serve lunch until 2PM.   Very nice buffet breakfast. I could communicate with the staff in English. Staff were very ready to assist. My luggage was kept safe for me after checking out until I was ready to leave late in the evening after my program in Rome.
