We stayed here as a family for my husband's 60th birthday and 14-year-old son. We really enjoyed the all-inclusive breakfast, and the helpful staff who work there. The charming hotel is located right in the heart of Rome, with access to everything! We had a triple room with a balcony and it was just perfect. Refrigerator is in the room. Full shower and bath. The owners of Residenza Rioni made this stay so enjoyable. Choosing what we wanted to eat for breakfast and at what time it was to be delivered to our room was a very nice quality- especially when your visit to Rome is short and you want to start your day early.
The owners took care of our flight needs, including calling us a taxi and printing out our boarding passes.
The rooms we also extremely clean.

I stayed there 3 days. The location is very good: near the railway station Termini (it is especially great if you use the train to/from the airport), walking distance from the downtown and 1 min from metro. Fair breakfast (juice, yogurt, croissant, coffee, an egg). Nice staff. 24 hrs reception. Wi-fi in the rooms but not in the back yard. -
