  Everything. It was a perfect choice for our summer holiday. The staff was very nice. We booked a double room and received a triple room. One girl at the reception speaks very good English and gave us good recommendations about what to do in Rimini.   It was in front of the beach, clean, we had a large room with sea view. Easy to find, on a street full of shops, restaurants. Parking place was OK. - Staff very nice. Hotel reconstructed and smells newly. For the value very close to beach. Sea view and balcony is a plus. Breakfast great :)

  The value for money is very good at this 3star Hotel concidering the standards in Italy. The Breakfast is very good and by far above 3Star. The breakfast stuff have a positive atitude and there is not a lot what I could complain about. This Hotel is perfect for short stay.   We really enjoyed it, it's a 3 star but does not have anything to envy to the look of a 4 star, would definetely go back again. It's central, a few steps from beach, clean, new, lovely Jacuzzi, free drinking water, lovely atmosphere and people. - The staff were amazing! The rooms were immaculate great location!   The hotel is located very close to the sea shore. There you can rent a chaise lounge. As we were told, a free beach is about 2 km away.
