Imaginatively decorated, modern rooms with all facilities and great comfort/style. Really nice staff. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant location for railway station, Arena, old city and centre, with all attractions, and yet quiet. The rooms, reception, bar, restaurant and lounge were very nice and spotlessly clean. All the staff at the hotel were very well trained, kind and attentive. We received a really nice welcome on arrival, the young lady at reception was paticularly helpful and although we didn't have a sea view the room was very nice and clean..breakfast was a highlight and the setting is wonderful looking over the pool and the ocean. The hotel is just a short walk to the marina area where there are plenty of places to eat and little alleys to meander in. Hotel is easy to find and has lots of parking, would definitely stay again.

The location was just about perfect. Railway station 5 minutes walk tothe south, historic town centre 5/6 minutes to the east of the hotel.Staff were very friendly and efficient and the cleanliness could notbe faulted. - Free parking outside hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast

We enjoyed the use of bikes to cycle into the town. This was the second time we have stayed in the hotel and chose it again because we were so pleased with the hotel, location, pool, welcome and our room. - I loved the bikes they had available! Also the gym. The room was quiet and comfy. The attached restaurant was splendid.

Nice, atmospheric hotel. Good location. - The hotel is really well located. Even from the train station, the busstops at the corner of the hotel street (4-5 stops). You can easily walkto all attractions. As a solo traveler, single rooms are usually not thebest. In this case I even had a balcony! Staff very friendly. Very goodbreakfast buffet. Recom

The hotel is in a remote area of Belluno and situated on a hilltop. It
provided a beautiful view of the Dolomiites.

The staff was so helpful and went out of their way to assure a pleasant
stay. The location was perfect. Just on the edge of the busiest part of
the beach, there was plenty of room to lay out, swim, and relax. And it
