This was the second time we had used this hotel as a stop-over on our way to a holiday further south in Italy and we will probably use it again next time we go that way. The staff were very friendly and cheerful, paid good attention to detail and we were well looked after there. John (the manager) gave us a very useful tour of the hotel on our arrival and was extremely helpful all week. The bar/reception area was a great place to meet in the evening and the hotel provided lovely snacks and nibbles to go with our aperitif. Hotel is clean and rooms bright and of good size. Staff speak Italian, French and good English. Vicinity to shopping mall and Carrifur. Plenty of parking. 5 mins by car to Pollein ideal for dinner at Bar Trattoria, Genzianellamore

This is a brilliant stop over hotel as it is right next to the motorway. It has everything you need for an overnight stop. Good size rooms, comfortable, clean, late check in, easy parking and friendly staff.

That is a wonderful house in the mountains ... they give you the feeling you are not a guest ... you are a friend .. in the reataurant the food was so great ... the peoples they work there was more than friendly and great ... that was a wonderful time there and I can not wait to go there back for a few days

Excellent service, we arrived very late after a long journey after midnight and the owner was waiting to greet us and made us feel very welcome with no problems on late arrival. Excellent hotel run by a lovely family who take care and interest in their guests. The rooms are large, clean, very comfortable bed and have a balcony with good views. WiFi is fast, parking free and secure and it's quite even though very near motorway and Monte Blanc tunnel. Excellent food in the restaurant, served outside with great views. Pre dinner drink on the house and biscuits as a leaving gift. We hope to return and stay longer next time.

Overall, our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff polite and helpful.
The location, just outside the city centre, was perfect for a relaxed holiday. Meals were taken from local specialities and well prepared.
The wellness area, small but comfortable, is free and enjoyable on a daily basis from 16:00 to 19:00.
