Excellent hotel with a good location near Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Uffizi. excellent rooms and excellent service. This hotel is a lesson many top starred hotels should learn from on how to provide service. Joey and Lorenzo are very helpful, providing personal service and tips on what should be visited. They make the whole stay wonderful.

What a great little place in a perfect location. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We were first time visitors to Italy. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help us print out tickets etc. Recommended some of the best food we had. The location is tucked away in a coutyard by a church right off of a main street that leads to everything you would want to see in Florence. Would stay there again.

Excellent Italian countryside property very close to montepulciano. Very welcoming staff. Great pool. The room was spacious with many country home features. The bathroom was huge. Very clean. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice and homemade cakes. The onsite restaurant served excellent quality local specialities. -

The hotel is in a wonderful location. If you want a peaceful holiday this is the hotel to go. The proprietors were very helpful and pleasant. The place is fantastic and perfect for relaxing. there are several opportunities to travel around (by car) but it's nice also to enjoy the time at the swimming pool. -

We stayed at Two-Bedroom Apartment with balcony. - Its located in nice, quiet area like resorts with private gate to get in. - The Apart is clean and New furniture with AC. - Extremely friendly staff. We arrived too late and they helped us by searching the nearest open restaurants! many thanks to them from me and my family

Accommodation was excellent - new, clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Added advantage of having a pool which was needed after a hot day sight seeing.

Marco waited 2 hours beyond the check-in time and greeted us with a smile. He is a wonderful host. The breakfast is at a restaurant next to Sante Croce which is approx a 5 minute walk and it is totally worth it. I think this may have been our favorite part of the stay- a hot drink and 2 delicious pastries. The breakfast makes this a super deal. Th

The fridge in the room. Nice reception or owner (Mr Marco). Supermarket in front of the hotel. Location is very close to city attractions and everything you need.
We had a very nice decorated and designed room, with a large matrimonial bed. Everything was great.
This place is an apartment with 5 or 6 rooms. also 3 or 4 rooms outside the apartment but in the same floor. but this does not cause any problem. Reception is not 24 hours. free tee or coffee in the morning

Everything. The 4 nights stay here is our best part of our 2 weeks holiday in Italy. The hosts are super friendly and their way of working and living is inspiring. Maria prepared optional dinners and there was no repetition for the 4 nights - delicious! The stay really connects us with the essence of Tuscany. We definitely will come back! And

very friendly hosts, always ready to help; their suggestions for wine tasting, restaurants, places to see, were truly the best we received during our 2 week stay in Tuscany. Close to Siena - 15-20 minutes drive from downtown on normal road or about 1 hour on a beautiful white road also recommended by the host for the views. We highly recommend it.

The apartments are set in a beautiful location. After travelling for over 5 weeks through the UK, France and Italy, this was the perfect location to have a true Tuscan experience. We enjoyed our stay very much and strongly recommend the place. It is a perfect place to just relax at the pool or sitting in the garden/yard, to start for hikes, or to go to nearby cities like Florence or Siena for a day (by train or by car). The best parts at that place were:
- Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff
- Beautiful middle-age building (renovated with all modern comfort)
- Location at the countryside with beautiful views
- Nice pool
- Fridge accessible
