Everything was perfect.
The BB was cosy, clean, we felt like home.
The moment you enter the apartment you feel a very nice scent and get a warm sensation. Very nicely decorated.
Leonardo and Stefano were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

My room was upgraded to a double room with balcony on my arrival , which made me very happy and i staked happy throughout the stay.
Light refreshments were available 24 hours. The room was clean and near enough the city centre to walk comfortably and far enough away to feel relaxed after a days sight seeing.
The gardens that line the Arno on the way to centre and in the other direction are truly lovely.
Next time I will explore the area around the hotel as this area looks very interesting and h

The setting was wonderful. The pool was clean and inviting. The restaurant served great food. We were given help in finding a driver to get us to and from the train during the day.

We were a senior couple traveling with our 17 year old granddaughter who really enjoyed the pool and common room facilities. Greve was a lovely location and Antico Pastificio was an excellent place to stay. The Thursday night pizza party was a highlight of our stay in Italy. Unfortunately we had to cut our stay short; Sandy, Monica, and Marco were extremely helpful as we revised our plans. Top ratings all around.

A very nice and clean small hotel near the downtown (less than 20 minutes of walking) of Florence and close (less than 15 of walking) to the St. Maria Novella railway station. It's located in a small and quiet district without any through traffic.
And to be fair, I liked the hotel manager more than the hotel. He was so kind to draw a personal map

What a great place to stay. Generally check in ends at 8:30pm but Marco stayed up until midnight for us. He was so helpful and walked us through all the sites and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Our room was clean, large, and there was always complimentary wine in the entrance way. Paolo made us great breakfasts and was a joy to see in the mornings. With its close proximity to town, large new rooms, free wifi and free wine, this is a perfect place to stay.

The location. It is simply stunning. The piazza is a really buzzy place. There are good restaurants all around the area; great home made pasta to bring back. Eating in is a delight, as the apartment has a better view than any restaurant. The facilities are fine. It's very clean, there are oodles of towels and the hot water is hot. The location was great, close to everything and safe for a solo female traveller. It was very clean and comfortable and the windows were effective at shutting out the bustle of tourists when needed but even then the noise was not at antisocial hours or unpleasant so no problems. Dominico and Valeria were very helpful and friendly, they helped me get tickets for the art galleries and made me lovely tea and coffee every morning and were able to answer any questions I had. They also recommended so
