The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

The location. It is simply stunning. The piazza is a really buzzy place. There are good restaurants all around the area; great home made pasta to bring back. Eating in is a delight, as the apartment has a better view than any restaurant. The facilities are fine. It's very clean, there are oodles of towels and the hot water is hot. We arrived into Lucca about 5:30 pm, though the entrance door was locked, we received one email from the owner about how to enter the building many days before arriving. The owners were friendly and very accomodating. They recommended local restaurants and made reservations on our behalf for the restaurant and a taxi. The location is great, just 2 blocks from the walled city so it was convenient for us walk or bicycle to the walled city. The complementary bicycles were a great plus. There was also an area to park our car. The car dealer return was conveniently located only 3 blocks from the B&B. The main bedroom room was large and we had a private cove

The setting was absolutely wonderful .It is a working vineyard located
in the Tuscony area. For Americans you have to understand you are
renting an apartment this is not a B&B. The Staff is not always
available but when checking they will give you all the info you can
handle to get around. U will need a gps but the area is beautiful and We

because letsbookhotel.com didn't give right city. The address is not right
in Vagliagli - it's right outside Vagliagli. Either right before or

Excellent B&B located near Siena, 15 min drive. House is very charming, location is peaceful and calm, in the middle of Chianti countryside. Facilities good, with great pool. Breakfast is excellent, especially if Sara made one of her amazing "crostate"! Very special thanks to our very dear hosts, Francesca, Sara and Carlo (Charlie).
PS: very good trattoria nearby (less than 1 km) - "cacio e pepe".

Great, friendly staff that feed you like your mamma (if your mamma was Italian). Awesome location. If you're looking for luxury in old town Pitigliano, this isn't your spot. Pitigliano is rough per-se and I'm not sure there are any "luxury" B&B's in old town Pitigliano. -
