The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). The room was

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

Not only clean, but artistically decored. Friendly and helpful staff, yummy breakfasts. Recommend to all. I have stayed there with my family (including 2 y.o. baby) and the place met my needs perfectly! however I have seen 2 or 3 couples so I assume that would suffice for romantic weekend as well ;)

The surroundings are really beautiful, especially if you want a taste of the Toscana countryside. It is not far from the center of SIENNA when you have a car.The owner of this family house is a typical italien mom, very tentive and eager to please. The breafast was nice. -

Many people here don't like the location of "Five Roses", but for me it is quite the contrary. The B&B is very easy to reach, if u decide to simply walk from the airport - literally 15 mins - walk along via dell'Aeroporto, cross the railway tracks, go down the stairs and you will face via Antonio Fratti, walk along it and the gate will be on ur left - impossible to miss! The location. It is simply stunning. The piazza is a really buzzy place. There are good restaurants all around the area; great home made pasta to bring back. Eating in is a delight, as the apartment has a better view than any restaurant. The facilities are fine. It's very clean, there are oodles of towels and the hot water is hot. The best thing about this place by far is the location. We literally were looking at the Duomo from both windows in the room (we had the corner "Butterfly" room, which was nice.) The room was large, especially for Florence standards, and the staff was nice, although only there for a few morning hours. Compared to other hotels, this place was a very good value.
