The host and her daughter were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived she booked 2 museums for us as she said we would have to wait in a long line without them and were grateful she did.

Stayed here for three nights in September 2013. The B&B is located 5 minutes (walking) from the main train station in Florence. It is on the ground floor of a beautiful, traditional style building. The room was big, the bathroom spacious, and both were kept immaculately clean during our stay.

Siena itself is amazing! Agriturismo Renaccino made it better. After being greeted by Nuvola, we knew it would be a great place. Sabrina was a true treat. She was so full of knowledge of Siena and the surrounding area we learned so much from her.

The setting was amazing,the apartment was delightful, clean and well equiped.Enjoyed having a cup of tea and a snack in the Gazebo. Sabrina supplied us with the best cakes every day, and provided us with all the breakfast essentials we needed. Truely the best service we had in Italy.

My apartment was large and well appointed the location at the entrance if the Baboli gardens was perfect and seated as it was in a residential area only a short walk to all the sites if Florence and very close to some superb restaurants. Clara was available at the end of a phone for an advice and she's generously helped me to book ahead my way out of the queue. The apartment was the perfect antidote to tourist congestion.

I can't say enough about the Orlando Palace Apartments. First, they are actually apartments. You have a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and full kitchen. The staff is WONDERFUL, kind and helpful. The location is perfect, It was quiet at night, but still very close to all the action. There was a living room area just off my room where you could meet up with other travelers -with a small fridge. The hotel is lovely. The room is warm and spacious. The bathroom is big and also has a heater. The desk staffs Teresa and the other guy are very helpful. The hotel is very secured, about 4 locks before you can enter. The lift is reliable. It is also 20 meters away from the bus stop Guido Monaco where you can easily take buses to Sta. Maria Novella and other destinations. There is also a Turkish restaurant and various cafes 20 meters away from the hotel and a Tabacchi store by the bus stop.
