When we came in the evening, we thought that we are in the middle of nowhere. But when we wake up in the morning we fall in love in this place.The house was beautiful, accommodation comfort and clean, garden with trees and flowers, beautiful pool and very very calm. The Relais is run by two lovely sisters who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The location is perfect with nice views and right in between Volterra & San Gimignano. Free wifi. One laundry for free and one spa treatment for free! And finally a local bottle of rosé to welcome us.

The location is perfect! You are near to the center (Ponte Vecchio and Uffizi Gallery are in 10 min by foot), but far from crazy tourists crowds.
The stuff is just great! Marco and Vicky (hope I wrote correctly their names!) helped us a lot when we asked to find us the tickets to the Fiorentina's game against Milan just one day before the match!

At first sight, it's hard to imagine the hotel in apartment building but after entering, we're impressed by the warm welcome and very helpful staffs, thank you Ludovica and Mario.
Avalability of private parking does help us a lot.
Great location, not so far from the heart of Florence by walking or by bus.

Everything was great. Lovely family who runs this hotel. Brilliant place for families with small children. Rooms well fitted and spacious. Restaurant is in separate building and serves lovely food. We didn't need to go anywhere else to find better meals. Great views on mountains and sea. Staff was absolutely great even if english wasn't great, smi

Beautiful building and grounds. We stayed in the apartment, with 2 bedrooms and baths, which was great for a family of 5. A/C worked well, and we had a fully functional kitchen.
Pool is clean and modern, could have used more shade near it.
The staff was delightful, expecially the main clerk Christiano who went out of his way to accommodate us.
There is a very nice restaurant a few hundred meters up the road.
The room was stocked with very good and affordable local wine.
