A very friendly welcome from Paolo, a gentleman who instantly made us feel at home. The apartment shares the relaxing feeling of a Sicilian country house. I would really like to recimmend this hotel. I was staying there in May
2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a
pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all
the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big
sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The
bathroom is also new and bog enough.

I (67 yrs) was travelling with my God daughter (29) who has cerebral palsy. All the staff treated her with respect and good humour and indulged her attempts to speak Italian, she has difficulty speaking English! Nothing was too much trouble and when an incident occurred that necessitated a change of bedding, I was assure it was "no problem". The apartment was more than I expected, beautifully appointed and scrupulously clean. A truly wonderful stay.

It was a familiar and lovely welcome in the residence. The hoteliers, Carmen and Vincenzo, are more than friendly! Vincenzo picked us up from the ferry and Carmen showed us around the residence. It is a wonderful site a few steps away from main street and port with a fantastic sea view. The rooms have a proper size and are modern and clean. The bad is sooo comfortable.
We had a perfect one-week stay in “Le Terrazze”, almost felt like home, especially because of the nice (English speaking) hote

Borgo San Rocco is a truly magical place. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and we felt at home instantly. The staff and owners are so friendly, and helpful they make you feel a very welcome guest in their beautiful resort that they love as much as we did. Very nice place, high level of service, nice and friendly staff, located just a few steps from the square in front of Il Duomo. Close to restaurants, shopping and Culture. Parking free of charge in the street below, worked perfectly with direct access from the hotelelevator. Wifi worked perfectly, fast access. Nice view over the Ragusa valley. I would lika to come back. Can be highly recommended!
