Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We loved the room though a little small--the bathroom was elegant and very comfortable. Breakfast was great with many tasty selections. I would really like to recimmend this hotel. I was staying there in May
2013. The hotel is located in the very city center in the beginning of a
pedestrian area. It is nice looking, new and super clean. Besides all
the neccessary stuff like a bed you can also find in the room a big
sofa, new tv, Nespresso coffee machine, minibar, wardrobe, etc. The
bathroom is also new and bog enough.

- Excelent staff, very helpful and friendly. They give you good advice on what to do, discounts for scooter renting and they even returned for us our scooter when we decided to leave in the first ferry. They also took us to the port by car.

Lovely homely atmosphere provided by Rosanna, Carmalucha, Laura and Luna, but in a very professional manner. Plentiful, fresh and healthy breakfast. My family and I loved every minute of our stay at the beautifully renovated La Gancia! We stayed with a 4 month old baby and the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy! Perfectly situated next to the beach with views along the coast and the old town. 2 minute walk to cafes and restaurants. The staff were all welcoming and professional. Room spotless and comfortable. This is a unique property - an old manor house, fully restored, a producing vineyard and an excellent estate wine that is well worth the modest price. Great location overlooking the sea. The staff were wonderful and made us feel at home. We especially loved the home-made breakfasts that were very tasty and innovative. The owner even gave us special pastries on the day we were leaving to take with us as we missed breakfast. We can't wait to go back there. Very relaxing holiday.
