  Beautiful view over Lake Como. The hotel room was well appointed and had a spectacular view up and down the Lake. The food and staff in the restaurant were of a high standard and very helpful. Front desk staff even drove us around when it started to rain. Overall I believe the reviews on this hotel were quiet harsh and Aston deserves better review - Woman at front desk was extremely helpful in finding a romantic place for dinner.   The hotel was really a 4 star hotel. It is familly owned so we feel realy welcome. The room was like a suite, with precious wood on the flour. all is really clean. There is a elevator. It is close to a castle and no far from main road and Alba city. The breakfast was WOW!!   1) It has a very efficient shuttle bus service. I just refered to the hotel website. I called the hotel right after picking up my luggage, and I didn't have to wait or try to find a taxi at the airport 10:00 pm. 2)The staffs were kind and helpful. 3) Hotel facility itself was nothing but ordinary, but I was impressed by how spotlessly clean it is.... τι λέει ο κόσμος » Not mentioning of the wooden floor, the shower and stuff, even a dustbin in the bath was polished like a mirror. 4)Breakfast was continental and I li - The staff was so helpful in every respect, from the check-in to the shuttle pick up to the "Happy Hour" staff in the lounge. The room was very comfy and roomy with a very large bathroom which we didn't experience anywhere else in Italy. Breakfast had such an array of food from fruit to cereal, eggs, meat tray, breads and pastries. We chose this room as it was close to Malpensa Airport and would highly recommend to any traveler.
