The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

Everything.
We were me, my wife and two children (4 and 6 years old).
The apartment is large: big living room, kids bedroom, adult bedroom, bathroom and three balconies.
Luxury kitchen with anything you need, all is new and nice.
Highly recommended. -

We arrived early into Como hoping we could leave our luggage at the office to explore the region, thankfully and graciously we were able to go straight into our apartment which was much larger than antisipated. With only one full day in Como this was such a help. The two ladies I spoke with were lovely as was the property. Quite beautiful and room

Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The house is beautiful and the rooms very comfortable. The breakfasts were very generous and nice and the dinner we ate there was superb - and very reasonable. To be highly recommended. -

Large, comfortable room with kitchenette at a very modest price. Free parking. Great Internet connection. Standard Italian sockets are unable to accommodate a laptop plug; however, receptionist was quick to provide a connector to let me charge the laptop. -

Very good location, just 5 minutes walk along Via Piave to the south from metro station Porta Venezia, 50 metres from tram No.9 stop.
We were friendly met by owner/staff Winchenco, who gave us a useful city map and explained nice places around to visit.
We were satisfied with our room, which was large enough, with small fridge, TV, regulating central heating, air refresher.
Shared bathroom with shower was very clean and it was free every time we wanted to use it.

Beautiful spot to be and to relax. We were a group of five, had the apartment with the private balcony and fully enjoyed our time. Apartment has everything needed, was clean and spacious. Just an oven is missing but didn't bother us too much. Manerba itself is small and quiet but not far away by car from Salò and other beautiful towns. -

Lovely stay - we had the room pictured, which had great character and was spacious and clean. Good location for metro, neighbourhood drinks, walking distance to major sites. Breakfast is small but very fresh and you can sit outside and watch the world go by. The staff in the restaurant below deal with check-in and any questions and they are very

Good amount of space in the room and though we didn't cook meals in the kitchen it was great to have the fridge for snacking on lovely cheese and olives etc. Everything was very clean- good value for money. - This is truly a delightful hotel to stay in.
