The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

It's a quite new resort on the hill back Limone. The rooms are wide
and clean with everything you need. There are two swimming pools, one
indoors and one outdoors, a sauna and tennis courts.You can rent a
bicycle or ride a horse. Try the restaurant the food is really
wonderful. Very suitable for families with children" -

for families as there are indoor and outdoor pools and a large grass
area for games as well as cycle rental. Staff were all friendly. Room
was large and came with a fridge and 2 hobs as well as a safe.

Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. Parking for the car is also available at a nearby parking lot and the hotel gives you a voucher for a discount. it is also close to the tram station which allows you to r

Patrizia (the manager) and Loredana (the breakfast cook) were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was comprehensive. The room was large and comfortable although sparsely furnished. The in-house restaurant was excellent (especially the tagliolini al limone) and the wines are of a high quality. -

Large, comfortable room with kitchenette at a very modest price. Free parking. Great Internet connection. Standard Italian sockets are unable to accommodate a laptop plug; however, receptionist was quick to provide a connector to let me charge the laptop. -

Beautiful spot to be and to relax. We were a group of five, had the apartment with the private balcony and fully enjoyed our time. Apartment has everything needed, was clean and spacious. Just an oven is missing but didn't bother us too much. Manerba itself is small and quiet but not far away by car from Salò and other beautiful towns. -

Very kind and professional staff, excellent location on lake shore, huge room and bathroom, fabulous breakfast spread (enormous choice of different foods), large secure parking lot - Excellent hotel surrounding. Good service and cosy atmosphere.

this B&B is really outstanding, very friendly and caring service, great individually designed rooms in a restored ancient building, very tasty breakfast (incl. homemade croissants and cake) free city bikes to explore the surrounding area; there are also a couple of nice mountain bike trails nearby. so all in all a beautiful accomodation situat

Serena, the host, was extremely friendly and helpful in planning things we wanted to do or consider doing. Food for breakfast was also very good with fresh homemade cakes appearing everyday and we were both made to feel very at home. -

The hotel is located in a small town near to the Passo Tonale ski resort. Dining out is a good option for people who dont like to stay at the hotel for the evening, because there are lots of places you can eat (and drink good wine). A new structure with beautiful and large common areas. Breakfast room
was large and breakfast had a wide choice of dishes. The décor is modern
and minimal. A short walk will get you to the center and a 5 minute
drive will get you to the ski resort.

The staff, the rom and the environment. We loved the fact that we were a stonesthrow from Milan with easy acess to the city. The proxinity to the Lakes area was fabulous.
The staff were incredibely helpful and friendly. -

Wonderful views over the lakes. Very quiet place where to go and spend a couple of days, and forget the crazy world. The staff were very kind. -
Amazing location, really stunning. Walks available into the hills (add 50% to the time estimates if you are not used to walking hills!)
