This must be the best hotel we have stayed in for a skiing holiday. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and provided top service-- even the lady who cleaned our room. Just returned from B&B. It was wonderful, looks like in the photos
(even better). Laura is the best host I ever meet. The location is
perfect, not far from the Citta Alta(25-30 min walking), quiet, close to
the forest. In the morning I woke up with birds singing; after a

Wow! Just peruse the photos and magnify by 100. So well detailed for
charm, ease of stay, beauty and so close to lovely Bergamo. If you are
tired of millions of tourists I reccomend that you come to Laura's
and enjoy the hospitality, beautiful wooded countryside the Old and New
town of Bergamo. The interior of the Bergamo churches exceed Venice. You
will enjoy exploring both new and Alta Citi and the Italian Lakes to the
east of Bergamo along with the vineyards which look and feel like
Chianti.

The owner, Bice, was exceptionally kind and personable. During our brief stay, Bice went out of her way to help us see Bergamo Alta [the old town]. The accommodations were wonderful with parking provided inside a gated courtyard. Breakfast consisted of bread, meats, cheeses, home made sweets, teas, coffee juices and more. The B/B was a comfortable, homely self-contained bedsit with kitchenette, and bathroom with bidet.The breakfast was the best ever - cooked eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cold meat, cheese,toast,croissants,cakes - even meringues! Bice was delightful - nothing was too much trouble for her.

Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -

The hotel was very nice. There were lots of facilities including cooker, crockery, cutlery, washing machine, dish washer, sitting area, dining area, sky tv. We only stayed the one night therefore too many facilities for a one night stay. Would have been better with a bigger bedroom for the short stayers. Location is ok, about ten minutes walk

Staff is very polite, excellent service, we had the car to the slopes
and return, free of charge in 2 minutes after calling for this kind of
service. Brilliant service, very good people around, breakfast is really
good, double Italian espresso were always offered including the best
strudel in the world. Rooms were cleaned 2 times a day, free mini bar.

We loved our stay here. After an initial confusion on our Gps which sent us to a different Casazze about 2hrs further South we were quite exhausted on arrival and our hosts couldn't have been more welcoming.
The B&B is very spacious, clean and well appointed - one note, we couldn't find wine glasses, but other than that everything about the rooms were what we expected for the price. Very family friendly.
But the real pluses for us were the location and our hosts.

I needed a hotel which was close to the airport so the location was excellent. Situated in a cul-de-sac helps reduce traffic noise. Private drive were I parked my car literally a couple of meters from my room. The owner of the place was very kind, polite and helpful. The room (and facilities) was excellent. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend the place for a city trip.

Very good location for Garda area as well as for Verona and even Venice visits.
Anna and Stephan are totally devoted for the guests and would go all the way to help.
Room was spacious and equipped with a kitchennette.
Breakfast is great.

Standard of accommodation exceptional, we had a suite with private terrace which was worth the extra cost. Hotel staff helped with making recommendations for dinner then making reservation for us, which was helpful as many of the good restaurants were reservation only.

We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake.
