Everything. From the moment we booked, we were treated like first class clients with an introductory email sent to us to thank us for booking, asking us if there was anything they could do to help. We really loved the warm welcome from Uta and Francesco, quite
overwhelming! Nice little upgrade to the junior suite which overlooked
the quiet rear courtyard. We were offered eating suggestions for Bergamo
and a little map, umbrella incase etc. Just so helpful in everyway The
location of the hotel was ideal walking distance to city alta .Fantastic
views and nice little bars/restaurants.

Very good location for Garda area as well as for Verona and even Venice visits.
Anna and Stephan are totally devoted for the guests and would go all the way to help.
Room was spacious and equipped with a kitchennette.
Breakfast is great.
Free Wi-Fi makes things even better. -
We liked everything about the place except for location.

We have spent two days at Lefay hotel in Gargnano, a spectacular five star hotel over the hills surrounding Garda lake. Everything was fine, the breathless view, the modern large rooms, confortable and well equipped, the SPA, a jewel integraded in a low impact structure, with two fantastic pools (one warm for winter time) and five different saunas

The moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome. Staff super friendly. The location and the views of the place are stunning. The hotels has great facilities, spa, pools etc...
Room very spacious and clean.
The best breakfast buffet we've ever had in a resort.

The most friendly welcome I have ever experienced. When we arrived, it was raining staff came with umbrellas with smiling face as if they saw their best friends. Rooms have all facilities, they are cosy and spacy. Breakfast in the garden was very good.I totally recommend this hotel. -

Residence Domaso was a complete hit with us. It was our first time to the Italian lakes and my son had wanted to go to Garda but we loved our holiday here and thought lake Como fantastic!
The apartment was well designed, we loved that we could still get british tv from our apartment ( very sad I know) and above all we loved the personal touch that the family that run the Residence gave and the attention to detail. The pool and spa area was great and I thought the old part of Domaso was beaut

The perfect combination of a 4-5 star hotel (for the parents) with a child-friendly environment. The diner formula is simply the best I ever encountered. - We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, with fantastic views of the lake and mountains, and the hotel was very child friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel with awesome view! It was one of the most memorize breakfast in my life- sunrise through the window, appetizing delicious nice & various food, good service! SPA is splendid, but for charge. I suppose it had to be free even indoor swimming pool. -

First of all we like the beautiful view of Nembro and Bergamo city. The hotel's location is perfect and the building is excellent. We have visited it for second time and we will visit it again next year. A swimming pool would make it more fantastic hotel. - The very cosy hotel with the wonderful position.

The hotel was in a lovely quiet location with balcony views across the valley. The hotel staff were really kind and helpful providing local information, suggesting excursions and they were keen to ensure you enjoyed your stay. The breakfast buffet was wide ranging plentiful. The hotel is run by an extremely helpful and friendly family. They were helping starting from giving good suggestions about routes and things to do in the area nearby to helping resolve some problems with a shop. Special thanks to them for organizing a small breakfast on our early leave last day.
