The location is fantastic, surrounded by about 30 hectares of open farm land. Yet it is only 10 minutes away from Mantova, 35 minutes from Verona, and 30 minutes from Modena .... By car obviously.

We loved Il Grappollo. The owner Ivana was the most welcoming, helpful and gracious host. She picked us up from the station at Bianzone and dropped us off at Tirano station the next day to catch the Bernina Line to Seitzerland, a wonderful recommendation. Our room was beautiful. The bed very comfortable. Lovely en suite and the view from our balcony was spectacular, snow capped mountains and sweeping valley views. It's our one of best place during the vacation. Our family had wonderful time and very much enjoy to stay there. The location is perfect to visit Como Lake. The view from the balcony was fantastic, full equipment kitchen. The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. We would like to come back again!!

Rocco and his wife are absolutely accommodating and friendly. They picked me up at the airport at 11pm at night and delivered me back the next day. Provided tea on arrival and some snacks plus a delicious breakfast!! Perfect for a 1 night stop over when you need to be close to the airport

Just returned from B&B. It was wonderful, looks like in the photos
(even better). Laura is the best host I ever meet. The location is
perfect, not far from the Citta Alta(25-30 min walking), quiet, close to
the forest. In the morning I woke up with birds singing; after a

Wow! Just peruse the photos and magnify by 100. So well detailed for
charm, ease of stay, beauty and so close to lovely Bergamo. If you are
tired of millions of tourists I reccomend that you come to Laura's
and enjoy the hospitality, beautiful wooded countryside the Old and New
town of Bergamo. The interior of the Bergamo churches exceed Venice. You
will enjoy exploring both new and Alta Citi and the Italian Lakes to the
east of Bergamo along with the vineyards which look and feel like
Chianti.

When staying at La Patirana you forget that you are at a hotel and feel
like a guest of the family. The history is all around you in this house,
and this is where you really understand how it is to be in Italy.
Everything is well thought over and the owners really do care about you.

You are made to feel very welcome at La Patirana - the owners are really friendly and helpful. The grounds are beautiful and very relaxing but take your mosquito repellent for the evening. Breakfast is superb and the small room is a perfectly adequate size with a comfortable bed. The village is very quiet but not too far from the airport and also quite well situated for a day trip to Lake Iseo and nearby Lake Endine.

Beautiful living rooms for guest use - probably the nicest B and B I have ever stayed in. The hosts were charming and very helpful. Our room was excellent with a large bathroom and every comfort. Very good breakfasts with home made local specialities. We stayed here for four nights and would very happily return. -
