This must be the best hotel we have stayed in for a skiing holiday. All the staff were exceptionally helpful and provided top service-- even the lady who cleaned our room. Great Concept, unique design, very friendly people, new hotel. We arrived late and had a warm welcome. The kitchen prepared food even late for us. There is a garage. The wellness area is brand new and very nice. Good breakfast in the sunny garden. We absolutely recommend this hotel. -

The customer service is one of the best I've seen in many years. We
were running late and about 20:00 the hotel contacted me to know if we
were coming before they close the reception at 21:00 and also to know if

Michaele the owner was the loveliest host ever. His advice on where to eat, visit , ride and what to do in the area was amazing. He went out of his way to help and make you feel at home. Wonderful location in Bellano (which is usually a quiet village) right on the lakeside. Our room opened onto a balcony that had the lake lapping right underneath it. Great dining room with big picture windows onto lake. Breakfast was really good with eggs cooked to order by the owner!
