I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter)
because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying
home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport
when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately,
due to our schedule we weren't able to enjoy some of the amenities

After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the
terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo
instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the
airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the
Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the
terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious,
clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European
hotels

Big spacious room with a big balcony . Spa facilities are very good - we spent a lot of time there . There is a private beach with 3 Jacuzzi overlooking the lake .
Breakfast has a big variety of tasty food - in fact it was the best breakfast we had in our North Italy trip . Definitely would return there . -

A very unique location next to Lago Maggiore. Fantastic view over the lake, very good food at a diner next to the lake, nice and warm team that makes you feel as you are at home. Best hotel out of our entire trip around the lakes and the coast! Excellent warm friendly service, perfect English and the best hotel restaurant food to accompany the breathtaking view over the lake. Unassuming on the outside yet surprisingly boutique on the inside.

Everything, the decor was very relaxing, also ,i guess very italian, great location, slightly ,out of town, supberb staff, really, we were very pleased, would stay again, thank you, - the staff were extremely helpful, and the food was excellent. The setting is quite wonderful with the stunning mountains and crystal clear lake . The staff in every part of the hotel are superb .
