We booked a budget room but were upgraded, for a small negotiable additional charge, to a better room which had wonderful views over Lago Albino and facilities outside in which to relax and enjoy the view.
The staff and management were very friendly and helpful; the bedroom was spacious and comfortable with cooking and fridge facilities if require

The breakfast while traditional was superb. The pastries were absolutely
wonderful and were accompanied by your choice of beverages, yogurt,
bread and homemade jam, and a hardboiled egg.
The dog, Lu-La, while a Giant Canne Corso, is a cream puff who loves to be petted and will follow you all around the property but not into any of the facilities.

This is a real country side hotel. Very nice contrast after the crowdy and noisy city. Lots of space, very nice and helpful staff and management. We've been travelling in Italy for 2 weeks, and this hotel has the best restaurant we ever met in the country. The location was fantastic. Walking distance to everything. Trestavere is the best place to stay. The staff was really friendly and made us feel at home. We also ate lunch at the restaurant at th hotel and enjoyed it.

Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is
spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom
clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection. The
location is excellent. 3 blocks from termini. I searched Google Earth
before and it was easy to get there. Also the breakfast was nice and in

I stayed there over the weekend with my friend. We appreciated their flexibility; we did not have to pay extra for late arrival (around 22pm Friday), we could leave our luggage after check-out until late afternoon hours of the day of departure. Overall experience positive. Staff is very helpful. Croissants offered in the close-by cafeteria as breakfast were really delicious.

Anyone who would stay in this hotel would love this place. Staff there is really nice, it is so clean, the guy there who works his name is Gabriel. He really ensures that you enjoy the most your stay. He speaks perfect english and a really kind person. I love that place and would love to come back there, and would recommend it to anyone -

Clean room with sea view. The hotel is just a few meters from the beach.
It's very true that the hotel need to be repaired however from
inside everything was clean and comfortable. -
Staff were very helpful. Nice and close to the sea and only a short

The building is wonderful, a tasteful fully restored old mansion with a beautiful view of the sea The staff were very attentive and helpul and the receptionist who is a lovely person spoke good english. Check-in was quick. The guy at reception (Pepe) was friendly and very helpful.
The room was a little small, but it had everything we needed and had an amazing terrace with a sea view. We were brought breakfast to the terrace in the morning which was awesome.
The location is incredible - literally 20m from the beach across the road.
