Staff were friendly and helpful.Rooms were clean and very modern,quiet and good location for exploring Rome, Lepanto metro 5 minute walk, for quick journey to the coliseum if you don't want to walk, piazza di Pablo 10 minute walk, same for Vatican/Saint Peter's. -

Annamaria and Pietro are very warm friendly and professional hosts. They have created very beautiful and relaxed surroundings and their guests happiness is their priority. Stephania is the best hostess,hospitable, down to earth,informative. She has created an amazing space full of gorgeous antiques but also creates a cosy inviting atmosphere. We were staying for 1 to 2 nights. We loved it so much we stayed for 4. -

The LOCATION was fabulous! Just a short 10 block walk to the vatican/Tiber river.... I could walk to almost any amazing site/area within 30 minutes to an hour, and the Metro station for the cities great subway system, is about 8 short blocks away.

Anita and Marcello were excellent hosts. We arrived a little early from the airport and our room was not ready. A very nice breakfast was provided even though it was after the 10 am ending time for breakfast. The room was spacious and spotless and had a very nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast food was great, an array of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and pastries, all served in a delightful room looking out over the city.
