  η ανεση και η χαλαροτητα - It surpassed our expectations - very quiet and nicely appointed rooms. It was so convenient to everything, but yet it didn't feel like we were in the middle of crowded and noisy streets. The butler was very helpful and accomodating. We booked 3 of the rooms and everyone had a wonderful experience. The locale was very up-market and the room reflected this. The calibre of furnishing was very high and design features were beautiful. The rooms were quiet and private and I will certainly book Margutta 54 for a return visit to Rome. We have visited the city on previous occasions but have found the ideal resting place in Margutta!

  Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner. I highly recommend to everybody... τι λέει ο κόσμος » ! - The facilities in the flat was more than enough. although the kitchen and the bathrooms are common, we did not have any problem. It has 3 room and 8 people capacity, and 2 bathrooms. so we did not have any problem in sharing bathrooms and kitchen. also breakfast was on time and delicious.
