and eateries and walking distance to all major attractions but quiet
considering the location. Our room had 4 windows in the corner of the

Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

We will definitely stay at this hotel again. - everything!! it was the most fantastic little place. It is 5 minutes from Vatican city and Piazza Navona and 10 mins from everything else. It is situated along these cosy little streets in Via dei coronari. The hotel itself was exceptional. The location of DAB B&B is very good as its not far from Rome Termini station. The owner is a very friendly man who would like to help by all means. The rooms are big to easily accommodate 2 people and the bed is really comfortable. The hygienic conditions are pretty good with respect to the bathroom. -

The place has street car parking and the facilities clean and comfortable. The room with balcony is very refreshing with quiet surrounds. Roberto is very hospitable and helpful. The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the
Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good
restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the

The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all
the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2
minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at
the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip
something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and
cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was
great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are

We wanted a place close enough to the Vatican City, metro and bus stop
so we can eat breakfast in the morning and not come back until we were
done enjoying Rome for the day. This is just what we wanted. Nice place,
no luxuries but with great staff and outstanding service. Fresh
espresso/capucino in the morning with continental breakfast.

The hotel was very close to the Vatican, extremely clean, Roberto and the other staff were great. This was a last minute booking and I lucked out finding it since it was extremely busy in Rome on that weekend. I was very pleased with everything.

Very good location, bus&metro station were near by, and it's

Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.
