We are highly reccomend this hotel for the visitors. There all
neccessary things for the rest and wonderful passtime.
Good location on a quiet street, adjacent to one of the main street of the city, allows to get quickly to the all historical areas and of Rome.
Clean renovated rooms, comfortable bed and lovely linens - a great opportunity to rest and recover after 10-12 hours of walking around the city.

Breakfast was an added bonus, not normally expected in an apartment.

Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

The place has street car parking and the facilities clean and comfortable. The room with balcony is very refreshing with quiet surrounds. Roberto is very hospitable and helpful. 宿泊の２週間前に連絡先の電話番号とピックアップするバス停の場所を明示した地図を送って来ました。
荷物を受け取ってiPhoneをVodafone ITに設定して、指定の電話番号にかけると直ぐにフェデリコが出て15分で迎えに行くと。バス停に行くと５分も待たずにミニバンで迎えに来てくれました。ホテルまでは車で５分。住宅街のテニスコートの前にあるペンションです。ジュースを出してくれて、喉を潤してから部屋へ。設備はやや簡素ですが、新しく奇麗です。エアコンやシャワーも問題なし。WiFiも簡単に繋げました。オーナーは猫好きなのか、ロビーに猫の置物があり、庭にも２匹猫が居ました。適度に親切で、適度に放置してくれるのは猫好きだからでしょうか。翌朝、子猫の見送りを受けて空港に向かいました。乗り継ぎに使うなら、送迎付きで利便性も良くお勧めです。

My girlfriend and I booked a room in Esedra mainly because of its good location, 10min walk from Termini, 15min from Trevi Fountain area and 2min from the nearest metro station.
The room was pretty neat, really clean, the bathroom was one of the nicest we had in Italy, it had a massage shower, which was pretty cool.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Being an easy walk from the train stations was also a big plus.

Friendly staff and Fantastic location, Vatican City was only a few blocks away. Rooms were very clean, decorated tastefully with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. Quality versus price is more than excellent . I have travelled a lot around the world and it would be great to find these kind of b&b's on my way ! Next time i visit Rome i will reserve a room here again !

Lovely, warm staff- Gabriella, Jasmine and especially, Arianna. Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to Termini and access to rail, metro, trams and Airport shuttle. Great security and excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast, though quite basic, was very welcome. Access to coffee and tea-making facilities in kitchen. -
