and eateries and walking distance to all major attractions but quiet
considering the location. Our room had 4 windows in the corner of the

Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. We were also able to check out very late as there was no one needing the room immed

Location is great! Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace -
very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once
you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well
fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking
photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred
gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The
initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

Rome is a great place to visit,we found the Romans friendly people but bad drivers(some insults were transmitted),having rented bikes made all the difference to visit the city,amazingly few people cycle around,the food is great

Staff were very friendly, gave a huge level of detail on where everything was and gave clear directions, location was literally 5-10 minutes from Colosseum. Air conditioning made it comfortable in the height of summer. Wi-Fi was also of a decent speed and was included in the price. Also it's one floor of a building so it feels like you are staying

The host, Luigi, was incredibly nice and was great at explaining all the touristic highlight Rome has to offer and how to avoid certain tourist traps. There's great WiFi in the room and the place also offers a basic but a very sufficient breakfast. The area is close to the Central station and is about a 10-15 minutes walking distance from the Colosseum

I booked The Relais Julia for my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The

The location is excellent, right near Vatican city. We were in the
Michelangelo suite and had a nice view of the city. There is a very good
restaurant right around the corner, just start walking towards the

The metro was a couple of blocks away and we could easily get to all
the tourist attractions. We were right next to the Vatican and a 2
minute walk to St Peter's Square, and were lucky enough to be at
the b and b on the day the new Pope was chosen .... which made our trip
something to remember forever. Wi-fi worked perfectly. Lots of bars and
cafes and restaurants nearby to choose from in the evening. Massimo was
great and made sure everything ran smoothly at the b and B. Why are

We wanted a place close enough to the Vatican City, metro and bus stop
so we can eat breakfast in the morning and not come back until we were
done enjoying Rome for the day. This is just what we wanted. Nice place,
no luxuries but with great staff and outstanding service. Fresh
espresso/capucino in the morning with continental breakfast.

The hotel was very close to the Vatican, extremely clean, Roberto and the other staff were great. This was a last minute booking and I lucked out finding it since it was extremely busy in Rome on that weekend. I was very pleased with everything.

The staff were lovely, helpful and pleasant.The whole experience was extreemly luxurious and wonderful! There is much attention to detail in the rooms and a wonderful courtyard to enjoy at leisure. The hotel is well situated and within walking distance of all Rome's wonderful attractions. A true haven for weary travellers! This is our second visit
