The staff were very helpful, polite and courteous. They had a lot of local knowledge which was very helpful. The breakfast provided had the most variety I have ever seen served at a hotel. And they were all very tasty and of a high standard.

Loved Mara, on staff, she is wonderful and so sweet! The view from our room, and the whole hotel are stunning. So relaxing! Breakfast was delicious! Location to town and being on the lake could not have been better. -

I liked my room a lot. It was more than comfortable. The bathroom was nice, but not having a shower curtain or door took a bit of getting used to. I didn't like splashing water all over the bathroom floor. This hotel had a blow dryer that worked well. For the most part, most hotels tend to offer those old 1970 blow dryers that are more like hoses

Excellent location with the Vatican a 5min walk. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was basic but for the price you pay it sets you up well for the day. All round, would highly recommend!

We got an upgrade to an excellent room. The staff were extremely nice and
helped us with our Italian. Barbara was especially nice and made our reservation
at the Borgese gallery. Everything was excellent and the staff could not have been better. - very nice, good location, excellent breakfast although they should reduce the charge for children

1.We liked being so close to the airport for our flight back to Canada in the morning. We used the "Hotel Shuttle" @ 6 Euros per person.
2.The orange slippers provided were a delightful surprise and we loved the "orange"toiletries".
They were very cheery.
3.The breakfast was very good with hot and cold breakfast items and cappuccinos,served in a lovely brightly lit breakfast room.
