I really liked this hotel, I feel myself like at home, I would give more stars to hotel, the owner was so nice lady at reception she explained everything so well in English and gave so many advises how many sightings are around and what are the best ones, I was amazed about the cleanliness in the room, bathroom and the white ironed bed linen. Good location. Easy access to train and buses. Large room, comfortable. Good food in restaurant for dinner and at breakfast. Very helpful staff. Computer available for guests.

The hotel is perfectly placed on the water- I highly recommend the sea view rooms. The walk from the train station wasn't bad at all, and we had no trouble finding the hotel. The breakfast was above and beyond what we expected, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. -

Loved the views , private swimming platform and the price......should have stayed longer than 1 night.It was our cheapest accommodation in a month of travelling but the best position and views. - The staff where very helpful .They had great advice not at all for anything problem .The location was prefect . The rooms where huge with great views .Br

This Hotel own beach club is definatly great thing - city beaches is far and crowd. Also there a indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Staff is professional - almost everybody speaks at few languages. Excelsior have two resto and two bars - they are OK, selections of food and wine is enough for foodies and wine lovers. For me was a huge surprise - so

It was just perfect! A really luxurious hotel with it's own beach
which is located on the other side of road and you can get there using a
roofed-bridge. The food in Eden Roc restaurant was amazing! Usually when
abroad I prefer to eat in different places to try more and to see new
places, but here I was ready to have every dinner in Eden Roc:) Staff is
extremely helpful and friendly (they have also Russian-speaking
personnel as well as Russian chennels). Our deluxe room with a huge

It was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy in terms of location, views, comfort, decor and value for money. The breakfast was also the best we experienced and the overall atmosphere was terrific. Rapallo is a great place to stay.

The garden for both breakfast and dinner was magical. Right opposite the
promenade you could walk everywhere... And catch the ferry across the
bays to cinque Terre, Portofino and St Margarite. Friendly staff who
could speak English plus other languages.very very comfortable rooms! I
will definitely make this my haven in Europe in future! -

The owner's and staff were excellent. Check-in and parking were handled smoothly. Location of hotel was perfect, with great views of the sea. Rooms were clean, bright, and very well laid out. Great location with potential views of the harbor from some rooms. Two rooms on the east side of the 1st floor have access to a large outdoor terrace with two sets of tables and chairs.
