The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. A special mention to Simona who is extremely helpful and kindly let us leave our luggage and gave us a key to enable us to pick it up later in the evening before our boat left for Naples. The rooms are conveniently located for visiting the city and everything is within walking distance. We had half-board at the Cambusa restaurant of the same owners. The food, service and ambience were all excellent.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with advice on what to see in the city. Continental breakfast was very nice and could be enjoyed in hotel room. Spacious triple room overlooking the Piazza Marina. Bars and restaurants right at your doorstep. Most sights in walking distance. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back when in Palermo again. An excellent location near the port, you can reach most of the landmarks on foot, lots of pubs close the house. Our room faced onto the street where there was a pizzeria, so there was some noise, but this was not really a problem. The other rooms that face out onto the marina would be quieter. A little noisy at night, but hey, this is downtown Palermo and we left the large windows open overnight. If you are looking for something quiet you probably better stay outside of the city. A little bit noisy at night because the room is opposite to the street with restaurants. Could get a bit noisy at weekends. street noise and drilling by the local builders outside. We have been asked for the time of our arrival by email, but when we arrived at confirmed time there were no staff and no email left. Unpleasant situation to solve. Also problems with air condition which could solve staff who was not there. Construction works in the building, beginning early morning. Too noisy place - during nights, weak breakfasts.
