Delightful little B&B, a stylishly modernised apartment in an old building. Owners could not have been more helpful, giving excellent directions in good English, as we lost our way on exiting the train station (it really is only a short walk!). Very convenient for visiting sights in the old city. Room cool & spacious with high ceiling, surprisingly quiet at the back - we like to sleep with the window open. Perfect breakfast, simple, fresh pastries & fruit with excellent coffee. Wond.

One problem on arrival, parking and getting all luggage from the car into the B&B, on a very busy street, was very quickly sorted out. A phone call to the B&B ensured our parking was smoothly handled despite a public transport strike and demonstration on the same day as our arrival in the city! We suggest a note re parking is put on the website or welcome email, to encourage drivers to ring when close to the B&B. We stayed here one night due to flying out the next morning early. I wish I had stayed here longer. The reason I had booked this hotel was because I needed to get to the airport early in the morning and I had organised with Giorgio to give me a price for a shuttle so early and to organise it for me, which he did so promptly. Another hotel near the airport was not helpful so I booked here instead. The room was very modern and clean. An absolute delight. Will be back!!. You can only say good things about B&B Palazzo it may be small and value for money but Do not let that full you Car hire was all arranged for us when we arrived back they handed the car back for us. They booked the transfer to the airport. We was able leave our bags at the B&B until we went to leave. Also right place to see Palermo.We can only say good about it. The room was very spacious, quiet and nicely decorated with a pleasant modern vibe. The location was good - only a short walk to the centre of town. Friendly staff gave us good tips. If we came back to Palermo we would stay here again. This cute b&b was centrally located and ideal for visiting the catacombs and palazzo, near everything really! Super nice people managing the place and good breakfast on a gorgeous terrace! Will go back!. Free wifi (thank you); also he view from the breakfast area was great; the room was clean and modern; comfortable bed; great location; very nice staff (especially the guy in the morning - he was lovely). Excellent B&B next to the Palazzo dei Normanni with easy access from the airport by train. Very good breakfast. We had the room at the backsite of the building without the noise of the streets. Rooms were spacious, clean, plenty of hot water, Wi-Fi, close to historic center (can walk). Staff was helpful. Don't judge B&B by its outside appearance. Can walk to everything. It was a very nice B&B, completely renovated and modern inside and everything was very clean. We particularly appreciated the breakfast on the terrace. Very nice welcome. Absolutely everything! The owners were exceptionally attentive and helpful. No effort was spared to make our visit to Palermo enjoyable. It has our highest recommendation!. Hospitable and welcoming. Well situated for sight seeing and enjoying the city. 30 mins from air port. Very comfortable and stylish. Very good breakfast. very nice & clean perfect location easy to park the car (within 200-300m can find public parking along the cappuccini street) close to city center. Great little find, close to the train station from the airport and a short walk to the centre. Clean, well decorated rooms, could not fault. Lovely, helpful and a very special place with a great Terrace. Breakfast in the terrace of the hotel was really perfect. Front desk manager was perfect!! Design and style. The extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nothing. Everything was excellent. Bed was a bit hard. Noisy street; no elevator; had to schedule arrival and staff left right after; no wine corkscrew available. Outside appearance is awful, but it appears renovations are in progress. Area very noisy, lots of traffic and fumes. It sometimes can be a little noisy, we didn't mind this, and it's to be expected, to hear traffic in the city. There is no private parking next to hotel. You can leave the car safely in parking lot about 0.5km from hotel, which charges 1EUR/hour rate. No iron and iron board((. The area was rather dingy.
