The room was big and air conditioned. The own kitchen was great. So helpful, nice, polite and great staff on the hotel. Especially the young, bald man, who helped me several times, special thanks to him!!!

Location was good, with access to several Metro stations and trams nearby. Only 5 minutes from "The Last Supper" and several other top 10 sights.

Stefano, the one who handled our booking was so professional, friendly and efficient. He was so accommodating even before we came and met us and even helped us with our luggage. He's on time and was very fast in replying. The apartment is well placed in Milan as it's very central and very near the Duomo and the shopping areas. You need not leave

We stayed in a beautiful apartment right between the Duomo and the fashion district. Beds were firm, a/c worked, everything was clean. We were concerned about the noise at first, because there was so much foot traffic below us, street musicians, etc., but it really calmed down after 11 pm. Would stay here again in a minute.

Luigi was really helpful. He didnt charge us the late check in fee and gave us extra blankets which we didn't even use because the room was really warm in that snowy Milano night. The service of the reception staff is some of the best I have ever had travelling, They are charming, natural and so helpful for anything I required. The apartment was in a great location to the nightlife of navigli, shopping and walking distance to duomo. Marco was a very efficient and welcoming host. Nothing was a problem. They are quite basic, but very clean and as we didn't spend much time in our room, they were adequate for our visit. I would definitely stay here again. -

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The location of the apartment is fabulous. A metro station at the doorstep of the building & lovely cafe`s , restaurants & a supermarket a short walk away.The washing machine & drier in the basement is a blessing if travelling light.Stayed here for 8 nights & we were as comfortable here as

Very nice location. Only several steps to Metro red line, so very
convenient to Duomo Church and city center. Very close to shopping
center and restaurant street and 3 supper markets. Room is okay (bed
is in a draw), with kitchen, very quiet. Cleaning work twice a week.
Wifi is 2 Euro per room for full day use if you will be staying at
least 7 days.

We LOVED Diffuso Navigli Apartments!
1. It was SO clean!
2. It was SO spacious!
3. The loft was really a fun aspect
4. The kitchen was awesome, great appliances
5. The bathroom was very clean, even complete with a seal across the toilet
6. The location was great-- far enough from the city center, but close enough walking distance to the metro stat

Great Sunday discounted price. Good location where we could walk to
the Duomo. Easy parking via elevator under the complex. (Big cars will
not fit) Our attic unit had a balcony. The two Queen beds were great
but the roll-a-way was very uncomfortable. We were in the main complex
and had excellent Internet. Kitchen was minimally stocked. Check-in
girl had excellent English and was very helpful and friendly. She
helped carry our bags upstairs and provided a map with directions. We
enjoyed our stay

The location is perfect. Transport connections are various - you can go to any part of the city quite easily.
Staff is welcoming and polite.
