  Plenty! Firstly, I received a very prompt and professional response to an e-mail sent advising of my late check-in time. When I arrived, the staff were extremely welcoming and spoke brilliant English (my Italian is virtually non-existent). My room was very spacious and was absolutely immaculate. He showed me the buses and the shopping areas with a map. In your room there's a map which shows the bus routes and the nearby restaurants. The hotel is very responsive to emails, which I really appreciate. Location is okay if you don't mind stay

So we were upgraded to the Superior Ladies Room. Very nice breakfast and food. Very close to Milano center via metropolitana. Very easy to come from airport Bergamo in case you rent the car. Last time I was here with family and we appreciated also very close green park where we passed nice walking with our small daughter.
