Decor and design are very tasteful and chic. Fantastic to stay in city yet still be surrounded by beautiful manicured gardens. Very peaceful, and the breakfast was one of the best I have had on our many travels. - Everything was just great although we did not eat in the main restaurant.

Loved the architectural design of the hotel and the rooms which reflect comfort and luxury. Some facilities were missing due to the hotel's early launch, but staff were extremely friendly and cooperative. -

Everything! The staff was amazing! Even before we arrived, we had contact with staff asking if we needed any services upon arrival. After our arrival, they were helpful with making our stay more enjoyable!

I like it that the room was furnished stylishly and everything seems new
and well-maintained. The propriataria, I think, was so nice and kind
that she showed me to my room and didn't mind that I wanted to
practice Italian and took time to let me and restated all that needed to
pay attention to in English. The breakfast was such a heaven! Food was
healthy (fresh fruits, juice, water, bread of all kinds and eggs and
bacon) and there's live classical guitar play!

What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design.
The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing.
Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.

The porters were very helpful in the lugga -
the hotel is the best i like every thing staff is very polite ,helpfull in reception earea thiey know how to deal with customer they smile & welo=come all the time even if they guide us to visit place in milan or other round city they ask about feed back if we inerested or not they take care of small details to keep us confort & enjoy..food is delicious ..hotel location is amazing next to all famous brand & gallria only ten minutes walking ..room design is amazing i like flower prin

I have always found the Carlton to have all ready upon my arrival. My room was available and all was in order. The staff is always very helpful and informative. You cannot beat the location of the hotel to the great shops.

hotel was very helpful and kind to my situation. My purse was stolen the day before with all my credit cards and passport. I was able to register with the promise that I would notify my son for help with payment later on in the day because of time difference. They even arranged for a car for me to the airport and charging it to my son's card. I

Location is perfect: really two steps to metro, direct line (2 stations to Duamo, 1 station to Melpensa airport express). We lived in double, it has original moden design. Large room separated on sleeping and rest zone with sofa and table. Bath-room has bath and shower cubicle. Good multifarious breakfest. I would stay here againe

We liked everything. The suite we lived in had TV with Sky box and lots of tv channels of any languages; the bathroom had separate shower cabin and the bath.
