  Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excellent service. If you are driving you can park across the street from the railway station from where you can take the train to St. Lucia station in Venice, this way you do not depe

  Excellent Staff! cozy, friendly helpful. The location is perfect to visit Venice leaving the car at the hotel and going to the laguna by bus in just ten minutes. Buses are running all night long and the great hotel staff gives all the indications to make your stay in Venice wonderful. The rooms are very big and the bed is very comfortable.   The convenience of being off the island of Venice, yet being able to reach it so easily. We were even able to store our luggage the following day so that we could visit Venice prior to boarding the cruise line.. - very clean, the sheets was changed everyday, We have stayed in other top hotels, and this is one of the cleanest ones yet.   Everithing GOOD!!!! - shuttle bus from Venice/Mestre to hotel is very convenient, but need to reserve in advance. Hotel has swimming pool outside and room is very clean and large.
