This property offers a traditional restaurant and a century-old chapel. Alpine-style rooms come with carpeted floors and wooden furnishings. Each is complete with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer. Some rooms feature a mountain-view balcony. A buffet-style breakfast is prepared daily and consists of cold meats and cheese, fresh fruit and cakes, together with hot and cold drinks. Open for lunch and dinner, the restaurant specialises in regional and international dishes. Surrounded by 2 hectares of private woods, the Penegal is 4 km from the centre of Mendola. Dolomiti Golf Club is a 20-minute drive from the hotel while Bolzano is 30 km away.

I really like the view, the comfortable rooms and the food was really good and. the view!!!! the terrrace, room with balcony nice. can take super hikes - especially one where you can have a delicious lunch.. The staff couldn't speak english. dripping toilet,no extra blankets in room, with cocktails no nuts/chips/and/or olives served,beautiful terrace but should have had blankets for cooler temperatures, included 3 course gourmet menu was not good - better to skip that and order a la carte.
