Only 200 metres from the pebbly beach in Malfa, Turkiscu Room & Breakfast is on the island of Salina, one of the Aeolian Islands. Each room offers a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and sea. Rooms here are large and comfortable, with a sofa bed, kettle and fridge. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV are also included. Croissants, cakes and other sweet Italian food are served on the covered terrace for breakfast. Room & Breakfast Turkiscu is 7 km from the main harbour in Santa Marina Salina, reached by bus. It is 1.5 km from the hydrofoil for Milazzo and Messina.

A perfect experience overall... friendly owner, fresh baked pastries, spacious bright rooms newly renovated with a balanced blend of classic italian architecture and sleek, designer fixtures and furniture. View of Stromboli from the balcony when nice weather. Short walk to gorgeous beach. Excellent price value compared to everywhere else we stayed in Sicily and around the Aeolian islands. This small hotel was so nice that we changed our plans around so that we could stay an extra day here. Tha.
όλα τα σχόλια » I stay in hotels 200+ nights per year and Turkiscu is one of my favorite properties in the world. Lorenzo provides a perfect level of service and runs the hotel with great care. The breakfast is delicious and he makes it a point to ensure every guest has a great stay, without being invasive. The nearby Scalo beach is relaxing and unique, and Salina overall is a calming and memorable destination. I highly recommend Turkiscu. What a wonderful little B&B! Freshly baked cakes and tarts every morning and four different home-made jams. Lorenzo answered all our questions via email before we arrived and was an excellent, helpful host throughout our stay. The room was spacious and ours had a fine terrace, from which it was possible to see the other islands. The owner is very attending, Always willing to help whatever problem occurs or whatever question. You should almost think that he is not italian ;-). Nice location, nice room, free WIFI, nice atmosphere. Malfa is a nice and rather quiet place to stay and Salina is very beautiful (nature, mountains & sea). Everything! The owner Lorenzo is one of the nicest hosts I experienced during my 3 months of traveling Europe. The rooms are brand new renovated, the Internet is quite fast, and is beautiful Malfa a 2 minute walk from main square and 5 minute walk to the main beach. Definitely stay here if you get te chance. Everything! Waking up in the luxurious rooms with blue skies & sun, feasting on local breads, compotes and coffee then flopping by then into the pool...listening to AMAZING music curated by Lorenzo. Then discovering his incredible sound system and records on the last day!. We loved the place!! Nothing to complain about. The view was amazing, specially from our room, besides the great breakefast and the beautiful decoration! Lorenzzo, the owner of the place, was very kind and helpful! I definitly indicate Malfa and this hotel!!. Breakfast was very rich with most stuff freshly prepared by the host. The room was very spacious and modern, well furnished. The host was very friendly and available. Location is very near to one of the best beaches of Salina. Lorenzo is the perfect host and this is an amazing and relaxing place. The place is nice, new and clean. The staff is always helpful and try to make your stay pleasant. The room is big and the one we booked had a nice terrace with a nice sea view. Friendly staff. Everything!. The pool is a little smaller than it seems in the picture. Great for young ones and fine for cooling off in. Having said that, the pebble cove is about a 15 minute walk from Turkiscu, reached by a series of steps down the cliff. Absolutely nothing. Excellent price/quality. Malfa dissapointed us a litte bit. Everything was closed, very few people on the village and not much to do there, but probably the reason for that was that we travelled there out of the high season. Nothing to do with Turkisku, which is a very nice place to saty at. nothing. Breakfast was focused on sweet products - some salty food (cheese etc.) would be welcome. But this is just to find something to complain about ;). Nothing!.
